Has been kept garaged when not in use and has had a recent chassis service - braking system and wheel bearings. In very good condition. Things that have broken or worn out have been replaced ie rubbers, catches, pole studs etc.

Only one owner, no pets, non-smokers and no dodgy DIY - everything original.

This is a brochure picture but is an accurate representation of the interior. The settee folds down to make another double bed if required.

Tap is powered from a submersible Whale pump which has just been replaced with a brand new one.



Kitchen folded down and table folded down in front. Note that we keep aerosol caps on each end of the table brackets so that the wheelarch woodwork doesn't get scratched when on the move. We also put chairs etc in this space.

This is the right hand cupboard where the leisure battery goes. You can also see the blue water pipe, pressure switch and drain valve.

Above the battery cupboard is the water pump isolating switch and a 12V socket. Plugs for this socket are included.
